Player Integrity Statement
Asa Player in the Remote Darts League you:
1. warrant and represent that you will:
a. throughout your time as a Player, abide by the rules, regulations and instructions of the Remote Darts League;
b. comply with the terms of the Agreement in respect of the Remote Darts League;
c. play each match to the best of your ability;
d. conduct yourself at all times in line with and perform to the standards expected of a professional darts player;
e. not cheat or break any of the rules of the professional game of darts;
f. comply at all times with the rules laid down by the Darts Regulation Authority;
g. not do any act or behave in any way which would damage the reputation of the Remote Darts League or bring the game of darts or the Remote Darts League into disrepute;
h. not take part, whether directly or indirectly, in any form of betting or gambling on matches that you are playing in or any other matches played as part of the Remote Darts League;
i. not share or disclose any confidential information about matches you are playing in or other matches being played as part of the Remote Darts League;
j. not share or disclose any confidential information about any other player in the Remote Darts League, including any information about their performance history;
and
k. not influence or in any way change how your family or friends may bet or gamble in respect of the Remote Darts League.
2. acknowledge and agree that:
a. your personal information, including your personal data, will be shared with third parties to allow them to create and/or collate league information, performance information and betting odds.;
b. on request, you will provide the RDL with details of any personal betting accounts that you may hold and consent to them monitoring such accounts for suspicious betting activity.
